Brenda Johns is the Treasurer of the Oakmont Pickleball Club for 2022. Brenda and her husband Martin have been in Oakmont for six years, and life is good.  Brenda was born in Michigan.  After college I moved to England to marry Martin, and taught children with orthopedic handicaps.  We had a daughter there before moving after four years to Luxembourg where we also had a daughter.  After six years we transferred to Ohio where I taught students with multi handicaps. 

In retirement we moved to be close to our daughter who lives in SF and now has two of our five grandchildren.  The other grandchildren live in England with oddly enough the daughter who wasn’t born in England. 

Besides pickleball I enjoy hiking with the hiking club, swimming and golfing.
